Rajai was responsible for the following:
• Preform daily site inspections closing WIRs, MIRs and making
surveillance reports for the site.
• Coordinate with the Senior Architect for usage of the latest shop
drawings for site inspections and for the reports and the site
progress in daily, weekly and monthly basis.
• Working with the management for the work execution at site as per
the project plan milestones.
• Coordinate with other disciplines for site activities and highlighting
any coordination issue to the Senior Architect.
• Keeping record of material logs and contractor site activities.
• Guide the contractor through the approved drawings and
specifications and the work applications at the site.
• Ensure all works carried out are complied with the approved
drawings and project documents.
• Reporting any incidents or accidents on site.
• Monitoring general safety arrangements on site and act to mitigate
safety risks.
• Attends regular meetings with the Construction team, to report on.
• Maintaining good site liaison with the contractor and the
management.
• Inspecting materials and communicating with management for any
defects.
• Preparing snag list for the project handing over and assisting in the
markup drawings and as built drawings reviewal.
• Preparing handing over reports with the DLP reports.
• Coordinating with the contractors for the best working
strategy to avoid disturbing tenants or the compound
facilities.
• Inspection all finishing Works (Plastering, Tiling, Painting,
Carpentry, Metalwork and Electricity).
• Ensure all works carried out are complied with the approved
drawings and project documents.

• Leading the team of BIM engineers to submit the
models and shop drawings using REVIT.
• Coordinate with all other contractors to deliver the
model without clashes.
• Checking with the site team any comments on the
shop drawings.
• Attend the meetings with the client and owner.

• Follow up the subcontractors bills and quantities.
• Review the quantities and handover the bills for the
client .
