I work as a local country representative for Elance.com in Cairo, Egypt. I work on recruiting potential contractors who can join the freelance community, organizing training sessions and social events every month, and promoting these events to be attended by the maximum number of interested individuals. I follow up with the training and mentoring of the members. I am also responsible for managing and administrating the Facebook page “Elance Egypt” and approaching media to spread the concept of working differently.
