Senior English Teacher handling English Literature and language for board classes under the ICSE syllabus in addition to assessing students' work, creating and delivering lectures, designing and preparing lesson plans.
Senior Commerce Teacher handling Business Management and Micro-economics for board classes under CBSE syllabus. Teaching Communicative English and English Language was an add-on. Additional responsibilities included editorial functions of school publications.
The job responsibilities required customer liaison to ensure timely documentation of various investments, handling customer queries and meeting deadlines regarding special projects that arose during course of work. The job required innovative approach, tactful customer handling and efficient handling of deadlines and projects.
Project titled ‘Current Investment Options available to Global Non-Resident Indians’ carried out under the Resident Vice President of NRI Business. The job and project responsibilities included:1.Understanding of the various financial products and services available to NRIs.2.Analysis of each financial product and the comparison of each products’ merits and drawbacks form the customer point of view.
Training was done under the Vice President of Human Resources. Job responsibilities included assisting the personnel department in the varioushuman resources activities such as recruitment of candidates, conducting surveys and in-depth study of how human resources can turn into more of a strategic contributor to business rather than back office activity
Job responsibilities included handling academic progress and curriculum maintenance during the absence of professors and under circumstances of coaching for the academically weaker candidates. The job also included the preparation and delivery of lectures. This post was doneas a voluntary service and was a bonafide responsibility that detailed no remuneration.
Voluntary activities of social improvement were carried out during the above mentioned period. Job responsibilities and activities included teaching and arranging seminars, conferences and other forms of learning to the under-privileged and weaker sections of society. The job also detailed the attendance of various camps on women empowerment and environmental and health issues. This position was taken up willingly as a service and detailed no monetary remuneration.
Currently awaiting result of the University Grants Commission qualifying examination (NET) for eligibility for lectureship.
