• Designing and building solutions to meet the customer needs.
• Work closely with sales teams and partners to successfully progress opportunities.
• Deliver sales presentations and technical deep dives to customers.
• Perform product demonstrations and feature walkthroughs.
• Attending and participating in big events (representing HP in HP World in front of 5000 Customers and partners)
• Helping the team in building knowledge.
• Supporting the business unit and sales specialists.
• Working on campaigns execution.
• Attending meetings with higher management on MEMA and EMEA level.
• Update forecast and opportunity details within CRM Systems (Siebel/SFDC) to ensure accurate territory forecasts.
• Maintain current and accurate account and contact information within internal databases.
• Work with Field Sales Reps to assist them with administrative reporting and sales queries.
• General Admin duties including, special pricing forms, re-assignment management, customer/partner escalations within account base.
• Produce reports as necessary.
• Management of opportunity registrations for accounts supported.
• Assist in processing orders with Order Management team.
• Take responsibility of problem orders through to resolution ensuring orders get booked.
