• Actively sell/cross-sell asset and finance products to new and existing customers
• Prepare, assess and recommend finance product applications and maintenance requests and forward for approval to Credit Risk Management

• Worked as a Customer Service Officer in National Bank of Abu Dhabi (NBAD)
• Understanding the agency’s role in the performance of the business world.
• Working with eight senior managers and the head of the northern emirates in daily basis to involve the clients in the investment process such us bonds’ inquires.
• Reviewing each client’s portfolio on a regular basis and update them with any inquiry.
• Coordinating with the sales and marketing departments to enhance the works.
• Dealing with legal department in order to open corporate accounts.
• Dealing with treasury (dealing room) to open domestic currency and foreign currency fixed deposits.
