Assist the clients and prepare the lease agreement within the time frame.
• Issuance of Business Permits and Licenses, Monitoring and Imposition of mandatory standards to ensure compliance with applicable Laws, Rules and Regulations. (IFZA project)
• Trade name reservation (IFZA project)
• Ejari attestation (registration) for tenancy contract.
• Ensure that tenant get the required third-party liability (Insurance)
• Facilitating the registration of unit agreements pertaining to the FH/LH properties for each developer (NOC).
• Preparing different lease invoice upon client request.
• Handle amendment and extension and termination requests.
• Handle Building name reservation process.
• Meeting clients and explaining them on the various requirements of leasing, sale purchase agreements.
• Handle commercial and residential units & take necessary action to ensure smooth takeover the units & answer client queries regarding the same.
• Follow up and participate in all activates related to community relations and services, in conjunction to finance, Facility, Sales, and legal department.
• Dubai Security coordination for individual approvals.
• Replaying to RFB.
• Preparing Quotations
• Member of client retention Team.
