• Issuance of Business Permits and Licenses, Monitoring and Imposition of mandatory standards to ensure compliance with applicable Laws, Rules and Regulations. (IFZA project)

• Follow up and participate in all activates related to community relations and services, in conjunction to finance, Facility, Sales, and legal department.
• Dubai Security coordination for individual approvals.

Operations & Facilities - Engineering Management
•Handling walk in, phone and mail inquires for offices, warehouses, villa and apartments.
•Assisting Director at anytime.
•Provides confidential, executive-level support.
•Drafts, organizes and disseminates relevant policy documents and reports.
•Prioritizes correspondence and requests addressed to the Department, referring issues and inquiries to relevant stakeholders.
•Carries out various activates related to customer Services including interactions, Face to face meetings, recommending procedures, complaint solving and processing.
•Managing medium sized retail portfolio including neighborhood shopping malls, community centers and commercial retail within office buildings
•Identify sales leads maintain a good working relationship with new contacts.
•Maintaining good relations with DSOA department, tenants & vendors to DSOA and coordinates with them all matters connected with Operations & Facilities Department and service standards.
•Participating business development brainstorming and Innovation meetings.
•Provide advice on DSOA services to present and prospective clients, tenants and all related parties.
•Follow up and participate in all activates related to community relations and services, in conjunction to finance, Sales, and legal department.
Developing and implementing new methods of teaching to reflect changes in research.
•Designing, preparing, and developing teaching materials.
•Delivering lectures, seminars, and tutorials.
•Assessing student's coursework, setting, and marking examinations.
•Supporting students through a pastoral/advisory role.
•Supervising students research activities.
Liaising and building relationships with a range of stakeholders, e.g.
•customers, suppliers and colleagues.
•Organizing and attending events and exhibitions.
•Carrying out market research and customer surveys to assess demand, brand positioning and awareness.
