- Handling major accounts, dealing with the clients, fulfilling their requests.
- Represents the company in the targeted and already exist accounts.
- Internally, plan, execute, and finalize projects and requested elements according to strict deadlines and within budget.
- Effectively communicate client’s expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
- Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Direct and manage project development from beginning to end.
- Liaise with the client and internally on an ongoing basis.
- Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve goals.
- Set and continually manage client’s expectations with team members and other stakeholders.
- Draft and submit budget proposals, and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary.
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel.
- Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the team.
- Identify and manage dependencies and critical path.
- Plan and schedule timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
- Track milestones and deliverables.
- Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
- Proactively manage changes in client’s scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.
- Build, develop, and grow any new business relationships.
- Managing the production of marketing materials.
Currently handling accounts from: Eli Lilly (GULF, KSA and Egypt), J&J, Merck Serono, Novartis, AstraZeneca, Nestle, Bayer, GSK, Pfizer AfME, Abbvie, Mundipharma, Janssen Cilag
Scope of work includes:
Campaigns: creative conceptualization and collaterals
Digital: edetailing (different platforms) and digital solutions
Events: Design and on ground management
Patient support programs: from planning to execution
• Handling/supervising all accounts in Egypt: Novartis, AZ, GSK, Eli Lilly, Abbvie, Johnson and Johnson, Pfizer
• Heading a team of 2 account managers and 3 account executives.
• Managing events for assigned accounts starting from developing the creative concept till on ground management of event
• Reporting directly to the CEO
• Handling one major account, Novartis, and working on some accounts form: GSK, Pfizer and Abbvie
• Leading one account executive, reporting to an account director
" Preparation of a professional medical / medico-marketing brief based on proper understanding of the project.
" Performing the task of research through various resources (text books, studies, online journals)
" Developing text that complies with the professional and ethical Code of Conduct standards of medical advertising.
" Preparation of the references used in developing the materials
" Revising the materials after implementation and across all the phases till pre-printing
