2) Responsible for all secretary and administrative tasks of the Investment Banking and Treasury Department, and the requirements of the department’s Head.
1. Responsible for the translation of legal, financial, insurance and investment documents of all the Company’s departments.
2. Responsible for the filing of top management documents including Chairman’s files.
3. Run the CEO, CUO and CFO diaries, also travel arrangement.
4. Run the Underwriting team travel bookings, appointments … etc.
5. Cascade communication from the CEO to the rest of the department and other relevant personnel.
6. Taking part of the Committees and Board of Directors meetings in order to note and write the minutes in the right framework.
7. Preparing and writing all the Arabic correspondences that related to the financial issues (Local & International).
8. Responsible of all the Chairman requirements (He is in Dubai).
9. Taking care of most of the CFO emails (reply & follow-up).
10. Prepare all the documents & packs related to the Boards of Directors meetings on quarterly basis.
11. Helping the Admin Manager in arranging for the AGM (Annual General Meeting) which takes place after the end of the fiscal year (Proxies, Ministry letters, Chairman’s speech translation, contacting the Shareholders and preparing packages).
12. Worked with the HR Manager in setting up a lot of procedure manuals (annual leaves, sick leaves, emergency, grading, JD's, Authority matrix, Organization Charts….. etc.).
1. Provide translation assistance in order to prepare for the Company's prospectus and transactions and all the related documents.
2. Create and develop the department filing system.
3. Run the IB (Investment Banking ) Manager's diary, including appointments booking, EVP’s travel arrangements.
4. Cascade communication from the IB Manager to the rest of the department and other relevant personnel.
5. Handel all the team expenses that related to work.
6. Own all the department travel bookings and coordinate with the travel agency.
7. Responsible for the new comer in showing them the IB framework and how to communicate with other department.
8. Own all the department Admin work.
9. Handle all the team (attendance, annual leaves, sick leaves) and coordinate with the HR department.
1. Provide translation assistance in the preparation of export documentation. 2. Develop and maintain a comprehensive filing system for the department. 3. To own and administer the department data bases on the LAN. 4. Run the (Sales and Marketing Manager) S&MM’s diary, including the booking of appointments. 5. Cascade communication from the S&MM to the rest of the department and other relevant personnel. 6. Ensure team meetings are diaried and take place on a regular basis. 7. Prepare all the tenders documents that belong to the department. 8. Own the department travel, stationary & telephone and postage budget and to keep accurate details of expenditure. 9. To organize departmental travel and co-ordinate with relevant travel agents. 10. Helping the GM in preparing for the Board of Directors meetings presentation. 11. Helping the Administration & Financial Manager in the Governmental letters. 12. Prepare the Monthly sales spreadsheets & charts. 13. Handling the department petty cash. 14. Organize with the newspaper if there is a company event need to be published.

4) Prepare a invitation letters for the forum visitors from allover the world.
5) Handle all the international & local correspondence.
6) Arranging for the travel and hotel booking for the GM and the Deputy.
Evening shift from 3:30p.m. - 4 days a week
Food & Beverage Executive Secretary
1. Translation assistant for the F&B Manager.
2. Daily preparation for the briefing meetings.
3. Prepare for the weekly management meetings.
4. Taking part from the weekly meetings to prepare the minutes.
5. Preparing for the outside catering parties.
6. Organize travel & hotel booking for the F&B Manager.
7. Run the Manager's dairy.
8. Handle all the correspondence, incoming & outgoing faxes (Local & International).
9. Filing.
Assistant Privilege Club Coordinator
1. Helping to increase the value for selling cards
2. Controlling the telemarketing team attendance (in & out).
3. Prepare a weekly sales chart.
4. Arranging for all the privilege club member parties (Anniversary, Birthday)
5. Updating the members with the new services added to the card.
