1-Draft, review, amend and negotiate Contracts/Agreements ( FIDIC, Maintenance, Supply and Installation, Services, Contracting Works, etc....) by both language English and Arabic with Contractors, Consultants, Suppliers and any other service providers relevant to the business of the Group and its subsidiaries .
2-Draft, review, amend and negotiate Leasing Agreements with Tenants of Ezdan Mall.
3-Assist the High Management in developing the Group Vision.
4-Participate in protecting the Group’s interests from potential risks on all transactions.
5-Assist in the studies and researches to ensure compliance of the legal process with the best practice Laws and Corporate legal standard.
6- Legal translation.
7-Assist in establishing the policies and procedures of the Group.
8-Ensure the compliance with all applicable Laws in Qatar ex.( Civil, Rent, Corporate, Labour law, etc....)
9- provide legal advice
10- prepare daily and monthly reports to the high management.
11-Attend meeting and write minutes of meetings.
1-Ensuring that all documents of the shipments comply with Customs authorities in both port of loading and port of discharge.
2-Daily communicate with MSC Geneva concerning "MSC compliance polices " to fulfillment sanctions compliance on Iran -Syria - Ivory coast - Libya Cuba and Sudan, these Sanctions are established and enforced by: National authorities (U.S., UK, France, Germany, Switzerland, etc) and Supra-national (EU and UN) and consider as a top priority for MSC Geneva to avoid Severe Penalties and fines.
3- negotiate with Clients to settle outstanding invoices.
4- Daily, weekly and monthly reports to MSC Geneva
The Master degree in laws from Alexandria university . Diploma in Public Law . Diploma in Private Law.
