1-Take Telephone calls on behalf of an organisation in order to fulfil customer requirements.
2-Sell services, provide customer service, undertake customer research.
3-Handle calls for the corporation.
4-Monitor tasks and reporting any concerns to management
5-Ensure that I having the required skills and knowledge to deliver professional service to customers in terms of attitude, information and using systems.
6-Ensure customer feedback is reported to team and management.
7-Give all support to the team leaders during the shifts.

1- Achieve 100% answered calls during my shift on daily basis.
2- Achieve the best evaluation in my performance in weekly basis.
3- Achieve the average handle time calls less than 1:20 sec /call.
4- Ability to deal with irate customers using excellent interpersonal-communication skills.
5- Ability to handle stress customer.
6- Acting as a team leader when its needed.
