• Western regain staff branches trainer up to customer satisfaction
• Provide VIP customer consultation in their money investments and savings.
• Provide future consultant and financial for the VIP customers.
• Responsible for goods and product development
• Responsible for Takaful product sales increase.

•In charge of cross selling & administrative work of Takaful Sales for SABB Employees at Western Region.

• Preparing a comprehensive sales reports for WPM (all Takaful products) by branches & Employees wise
• Responsible for educating and Training SABB employees with regards to Takaful Products and Programs.
• Handling day to day inquires & operational issues.
• Issuing Takaful products policies for Western Region employees.

2008 I have been awarded for dupling target required from the SABB Takaful management
Assisting the Area Sales Manager Western Region.
• Managing & preparing Daily Sales Report’s.
• Managing the inputting data and Arranging of Customer Applications.
• Managing Telemarketing. ( 10 ladies )

Achieving Best Target in 7 Months as Best Area Performance Manager
• Assisting the Area Sales Manager Western Region.
• Preparing Sales Sheets for incentives.
• Preparing Daily Sales Reports for Credit Cards, Loans and Takaful.

• Managing Telemarketing. ( 4 groups each group an average of 8-10 ladies)
• Supervising the Data entry operators.
