o Generating the weekly reports for the region and collecting the information for the brand
o Handling the link of communication between all Head Office departments and North African at Egypt & Morocco.

o Actively identify and follow up on all pending maintenance issues
o Provide clear direction & ensure co-operation between all areas of the store Administration and Back of House.
o Ensure team delivers highest possible levels of customer service in store & that this is prioritized always to maximize sales.
o Achieve company Audit & LP targets.
o Ensure the store consistently reflects highest possible standards.
o Ensure that staff & management for maximum coverage at peak trading periods & the store have the right people in the right place at the right time.
o Follow the policy and procedures and train the staff how to fully comply with it.
o Responsible for ensuring that the team & store comply with all company, brand, and government policies, procedures, processes and guidelines.
o Coach, develop and mentor the store team.
o Develop one’s own team within the store in liaison with Operations, HR and Training Departments
o Upload content for the monthly online newsletter
o Support the Store Manager on the shop floor and cover as duty manager.
