Quality control testing and analysis of raw materials, in-process products, by-products and
process water by wet/chemical analysis and instrument analysis
* Operation and Maintenance of all lab analyzers and instruments
* Perform non-routine chemical and instrument analysis of special samples as instructed
* Prepare standard chemical solutions for wet chemical analysis
* Performs neutralization of waste chemicals before disposition
* Relieved Physical and Mechanical testing personnel during shortage of manpower
* Participates in external and internal audits of ISO-17025, 9001, 14001, 45001
* Performs analysis and tests related to ISO-17025 compliance
* Performs shift wise activities related to Quality Management Systems (ISO-9001)
* Actively participating in Health, Safety and Environment activities in the laboratories related to
ISO-18001 and ISO-14001
Auditing production, keeping on the lookout for any unsafe behavior or breaks in regulations
* Assessing risk and possible safety hazards of all aspects of operations
* Creating analytical reports of safety data
* Inspecting production equipment and processes to make sure they are safe
* Conducts regular trainings to employees related to HS&E
* Conducts orientation and trainings to New employees, contractors and visitors related to
HS&E
* Oversees Wastewater treatment plant (solid, liquid and air emissions) operations making sure
that it is in compliance with local Government Environment agency
* Acts as Pollution
Performs, oversee and manage the full production process of the manufacturing plant
* Monitor equipment to ensure the quality, efficiency and safety of the plant.
* Ensure plant adheres to safety and environmental rules
* Reports production output real-time to Production supervisor
* Reports Electrical, Mechanical and Instrument problems to maintenance
* Participates actively in Health and Safety rules in the manufacturing plant
