This is my last job for working in my country.I quit the job after 3 months because of our country situation and I also want to adventure at oversea to get more experience. Now I'm staying at the Dubai near of Al Rigga.
I work there about 7 months and learned with opera express well.I can handle only one person even group check in further 100 rooms.Daily routines and SOP can't same but every receptionist can flexible on the job situation even happing on the multiple tasks.That's why having awareness is really important for every receptionist.
I worked there for 6 months and after that I got a promotion to their chain hotel as a receptionist supervisor.
I learned the SOP and management system with the all of existing department on hotel.I learned even Tourism management,Food & safety, customer service and organizational behaviours.That's why I knew the concepts of every hotel departments and how are they making to get a smooth operation.
