Main Duties:
• Perform preparation/finalization of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts
• Perform monthly actual vs. budget variance analysis reports per department/branch/product and document/challenge reasons for variances
• Prepare monthly financial performance reports for assigned business units and interact with them regarding their reporting requirements and review of monthly financial performance
• Review/process purchase requests against approved budgets and challenge purchase requests against company’s strategic and operational objectives
• Provide ad-hoc financial reports, forecasts and analysis upon management request
• Provide financial guidance to business units, including but not limited to monthly variance analysis reports, feasibility studies and identification of cost drivers
• Analyse revenues/costs and risks which involve interaction with key strategic groups
• Support senior management in the provision of financial information related to strategic and operational needs of the business
• Perform monthly review of trial balance and preparation of financial statements
• Assist during external/internal audit
• Coordinate with government entities regarding submission of regular reports and budgets on timely basis
• Support and contribute in the enhancement of financial controlling function to minimize inefficiencies/fraud over processes and provide efficient and effective support to the different stakeholders
I have successfully completed all the ACCA Exam& became an ACCA AFFILIATE on September session 2016.
