Lead multi-disciplinary internal teams of engineers for Planning & Scheduling, Cost & Budgeting, Risk Management, Change Control, and Document Management. Our role encompasses the entire project life cycle across 5 Stage Gates within the Investment Control Plan (ICP), from pre-concept studies thru design to procurement and construction phases. Hence, we develop Program-wide policies and procedures for Project Execution and Supervision on all Capital Expenditure infrastructural and building projects. The annual development portfolio budget exceeds US$ 5 Billion. Accordingly, we participate in all procurement activities for contractors as well as design and supervision consultants. Key functions include:
• Establish procedures for all aspects of Projects Planning & Controls, covering scheduling, Risk, Monitoring/Controlling, reporting and implementing Earned Value Management for progress analysis of consultants’ and contractors.
• Direct integrated teams providing guidance and support for planned and ongoing projects ensuring work is conducted efficiently, complying with the strategic plans, policies and procedures.
• Coordinating and liaising with the other internal stakeholders on various aspects related to progress management.
• Generate a myriad of performance reports with KPIs on weekly, bi-weekly, monthly and quarterly bases.
• Introduce continuous improvement and adopt innovative project controls techniques, utilizing evolving technologies.
• Develop and perform comprehensive Project Health Checks and Compliance Assessments.

Implement Program Controls to WSP consulting activities on major Capital Expenditure projects. • Supervise contractor’s development of project Master Plans, baselines, and detailed schedule. Integrating deliverables with engineering, procurement and construction.
• Participate in Business Development efforts, review proposals and prepare Project Controls and PMIS content according to client’s requirements.

Senior Program Controls Manager at JASARA PMC, a Jacobs® Engineering and Saudi Aramco joint venture

Prior, worked at PTG’s Rail and Transit Division for Engineering and Management Consultancy Services on the transportation planning, feasibility studies, and Preliminary design phases of the Dubai’s Metro Red line extension (Route 2020) and upgrade existing systems. The project consists of 15 Km rail ‎connection (include 3.2 km tunnel) with 7 new stations (1 Iconic, 4 elevated, and 2 underground). This project was awarded to Alstom- consortium Expolink for €2.6 billion in June 2016.
