Operationally Reports to Projects & functionally reports to head Office.
Responsibilities :
•Ensuring all Legal regulations concerning safety, health & environment are implementing in the execution of the project.
•Preparing site Risk Assessments & Conducting fire drills.
•Conduct Audits, Site inspections.
•Ensure implementation of work permit system.
•Conducting safety awareness trainings like safety induction, job oriented safety trainings & Toolbox talks etc.
•Incident reporting & investigation.
•Documentation & document control.
•Conduct weekly & Monthly safety meetings to address arising issues and safety concerns, as well,
Accountable for scheduling as well as handling incoming payments.
•Update student progress and scheduling report
•Prepared and maintain schedule for 6 clubs with more than 300 over students.
•Ensure classes run smoothly and managed subordinate employees.
To do stock checker either in groceries shop (select), workshop and carwash.
•To handle enquiry and complaints from our staffs and customer.
•Invoicing and data entry.
•Handle simple accounts and other admin duties.
