Accurately make SAP entries of confirmed LPO’s on time.
Process shipping instructions and liaise with dispatch staff as required.
Answer a high volume of calls & maintain a rapid response rate according to agreed standards.
Develop personal skills & capability through ongoing training as provided by the company or else where subject to company approval .
Present the company image through all the correspondence and customer contacts.
Calculating the due commission.
Recording in the daily ledger.
Preparing the required reports.
Meet the hotel's customer& make the customer reservation.
Follow up the customer's check in, check out & handle complains.
