o Follow & review routine machinery and tools maintenance log and discuss critical aspects with maintenance in charge and refer to senior management such issues related.
o Coordinate with production and or projects group assigned persons to conduct projects close out process as well the attendance of close out of complains or call requests by clients.

4. Audit
o Audit all job orders or parts of job orders sequence process from department to department and insure each fulfills the proper QC/QA verification and technical instructions given
o Audit the overall fulfillment of complete projects or orders fulfillment in adhering to all aspects of concern such as quality, time, financial conditions and logistic etc. and issue reports to management review report
o Oversee factory operation procedures guidelines are adhered by various department and individuals to the set procedures and polices
o Insure the quality control report and been highlighted to all concerned person and copy H.R. and management with regards to such alerts and notice on groups and there members in the factory
o Insure a quality control log report in been issued regularly by job or weekly or daily as necessary - issuance of such to be done by the QC/QA or any assigned role responsibility at production management.
