engagement with one (or possibly more depending on the scale of the project) project stakeholders across local authorities, Central Government & statutory and non-statutory bodies (including environment & technical organizations), industry & business, land & property, communities and other parties to establish strong working relationships.
• Development and successful delivery of a stakeholder engagement plan following the overarching stakeholder engagement strategy.
• Work collaboratively with other members of the project team, liaising with other Stakeholder Managers in the stakeholder team and the PMO (project management office).
• Arrange and attend stakeholder meetings with technical team members and ensure feedback of stakeholder responses and requests to technical teams are responded to within agreed timescales.

• Ensures that all required complementary permits are fully-approved and attached to any work permit.

• Ensures expired work permits are closed, cancelled or renewed as the case may be.
• Advises all signatories of the work permit on any aspect of work on-site that has high potential risks.
• Collates and records relevant work permit data and updates the site technical and general safety dossier.
• Audits the Permit to Work procedure implementation on site and compliance to the HSE Management System.
• Establishes accurate records and filing of PTW information in a retrievable accessible manner.
