● Oftentimes drafting and/or editing executive communications; transcribing / distributing minutes of meetings, reports (including Budget, P&L files) and other necessary correspondences
● Managed executives’ calendar as per required time zones (if meetings were held in different regions or locations on the globe)
● Responsible for managing / maintaining executives schedules, appointments, travel arrangements (visa, tickets, transportation, & accommodation). Also process, review and submission of expense reports
● Active participant in achieving the annual winning metrics for the property
● Contributed towards boosting the guest reviews on major travel site and facebook;
