• Preparation of detailed Architectural drawings and specifications
based on client’s requirements, local regulations, NFPA and other
standard codes.
• Interfacing and co-ordination between Consultants from Architectural / Civil, Interiors, Structural Mechanical, Electrical and other service disciplines as also with Project Managers and all other concerned on a regular basis.
• Preparation of Project plans and keeps track of contractual requirements and ensures work as per project plan for all the projects undertaken by the architect.

Design Development
• Design development of projects from concept to completion.
• All local authority compliance and code compliance.
• Utilising correct design standards.
• All technical detailing of the project.
• Preparing the project specification.
• Coordination of all sub consultant packages.
• Review of all drawing package prior to issue.
Quality assurance
• Ensure the operational standards are understood, adhered to and maintained by the team. Maintain drafting standards and checked on a regular basis.
• Ensure Customer/ Client Satisfaction.
• Responsibility for tracking the schedule.
• Comply with ISO standards for documentation etc since the company is ISO certrified.
-Feasibility studies and review of drawings for Sustainable and Green projects
• Design and preparation of Detailed Drawings for projects.
• Preliminary Layouts, Concepts and Detail Design of All Civil Works and interior works.
• Preparation of detail drawings and specifications.
• Design discussions with the clients
Architectural detailed design, Site and office coordination, Interior Designing, overall supervision of drafting works of junior architects and other CAD technicians.
• Design and preparation of drawings from concept stage to tender stage for various projects such as residential, commercial, industrial, institutional and assembly buildings.
• Quantity surveying.
• Design discussions with the clients.
• Coordinating work with site & office
• Construction Planning & Cost Control
Currently doing Masters Certificate course in Sustainable Design. Continuing education to make myself updated with the new moves in the sustainability world. Outstanding performance as of now as commented by the Professor. Will update with certificate information once course completed.
