* I established PMO at Nasma
- Defined PMO structure, governance model, policies and procedures
- Lead project management of approx. 15 large integrated projects directly managed by PMO through 50 plus project management and technical resources at any point of time

- Successfully delivered projects in software, telecommunication, ERP, IT Consultancy, physical security, audio visual, data center, active networking and structured cabling technology domains for government, public services, oil & gas and private organizations
- Interface with customers and vendors to ensure highest satisfaction, negotiations or conflict resolution as required
* Mentor project managers and team members, provide strong, effective and decisive project leadership
* Started monthly guest speaker series as PMO initiative, hosting speakers from various fields to share their experience, motivate and enhance knowledge base of Nasma staff
* Key Customers are: British Petroleum (BP), Occidental (Oxy), Petroleum Development of Oman (PDO), Wipro, Muscat Electricity Distribution Company (MEDC), Oman Electricity Transmission Company (OETC), Ministry of Defense Pension Fund (MoDPF), Telecom Regulatory Authority (TRA), Daleel Petroleum, Redline Telecommunication.
* Managed high value projects up to USD 45 Million, under FP & BOT financial models at enterprise and country wide level
- Delivered projects in e-Governance, Business Consultancy, ERP Implementation, Education, Health Care, Transport Management, Insurance, Retail sectors
- Led business process diagnostics, requirement collection, change management & business process reengineering workshops for prestigious enterprises
- Managed and kept track of schedule, communication, risks, budget, invoicing, requirements, change management and resources for multiple parallel projects

- Prepared solution design, estimated project plans, time & resource requirement in response to RFPs for software, RFID and IT consultancy projects
- Prepared and conducted Proof of Concept, business case presentation & business process engineering workshops for the Cabinet Ministers, top decision makers in ministries, army & large private & public sectors in various countries which led to new business opportunities
