• Perform the Daily/weekly/monthly operation and maintenance activities and Dashboard, Taking Backups of all IN & VAS node.
• Responsible for 24/7 Alarm monitoring and troubleshooting for VAS & IN node.
• Perform Daily Health checks for all IN & VAS node.
• Working on IN & VAS element (IN, WAP-GW, SMSC, MMSC, USSD, CRBT & OTAPS) Operation and Maintenance.
• Configuration & software upgrading of VAS element. Troubleshooting and fault rectification.
• Experience with VAS interfaces and protocols such as SS7, SMPP, MM1, MM3, MM4, MM5, MM7 etc..
• Support, maintain and enhance existing networks, storage and backup infrastructure
• Working on Linux/Unix command based operating system.
• Basic Knowledge of MS - SQL.
• Leading and Managing of VAS O&M team, Shift teams including shift scheduling.
• Manage internal and external customers’ expectations
• End-to-end management of VAS O&M Management process.
