Update monthly air freight rates to agent & attend daily air freight enquiries
Co-ordination with All India branches
Preparing All India Tonnage report, Key customers DSR on daily basis
Taking care of key customers in air product
Assisting Accounts Team in preparing the Local & International Invoices
Assisting manager to execute the task on time
Giving the information to the Airtel Postpaid Customers
Attending queries and complaints of customers
Giving the resolution to the customer & convincing the customer
