• Based on market feedback, re-packaged and re-positioned Insight BI from being a complex ROLAP-based data warehousing tool suitable for larger installations and that too customized by specialized partners to an out-of-the-box BI solution for a combined ERP-CRM environment that includes dashboards and several built-in reports suitable for small & large customer installations to be installed by certified partners
