Here my role is to plan the promotional collaterals and decide the mediums of communication for the same. This work has 2 business formats fuel station convenience store and Stand alone cafes. i am responsible for all the promotion and its co ordination with other department.
My role here was to conduct market research and study the consumer buying behavior. Based on which we had to design a marketing plan with limited budget. I was leading a team of 6 people and 3 states. we were responsible for bringing awareness and footfall at our new and old stores(Pharma Retail chain)
My job responsibilities here were planning BTL Marketing activities for pharma retail stores and execution of the same with my team.
I had been selected for a job via campus placement 6 months before our final exam of MBA which had hampered the overall scores
