Key Result Areas:
•Managing the design of ELV Systems including CCTV in compliance with the Qatar MOI standards and implementing ELV Systems as per the agreed design
•Performing inspections visits on different locations to identify the best possible area of installation for the cameras
•Collaborating with OEM & Sub-contractors for the completion of project within the set time limit and getting approval from the Consultants after inspection of the completed work
•Extending support for pre-sales services for designing & troubleshooting of CCTV & access related systems
•Reviewing system analysis, formulating final reports after testing & commissioning and sending the system for project implementation
•Streamlining & enhancing the systems in various operations and monitoring the process to ensure maximum operational efficiency
•Formulating maintenance schedules, analyzing system performance, proposing suitable solutions and organizing quality inspections of ELV Systems
•Liaising with local authority departments to obtain approval at all stages of the project and participating in design review meetings
•Conducting performance evaluations and staffing need assessments; creating & sustaining a dynamic environment that fosters development opportunities & motivates high performance amongst team members
•Coordinating various project related activities involving project planning, execution and management in tune with the core business objectives
•Monitoring project progress as per scheduled deadlines for various tasks and taking necessary steps towards ensuring completion within time and effort parameters
