Duties/Responsibilities:
●Ensure direct construction, operations, and maintenance activities at project site.
● Inspect project sites to monitor progress and ensure conformance to design specifications.
●Supervise & quality control of construction materials.
●Clients problem solution & co-ordinate with other department
●Estimate, analysis of rates & quantities.
●Planning for the progress of the project and requirement of the materials and agencies / manpower.
●Prepare the BoQ and check the bills.
●Create work schedule & progress reports of construction work .
●Check structural design.
●Material indent preparation & co-ordinate with other department.
●Solution structural, Architectural, Electrical & Plumbing problem.
●Drawing work.
