Ensure adequate stock of Servcorp Profiles and Financial Benefits pages are at reception.
Handling all secretarial and administrative duties such as (letters, mails, faxes, and phone calls).
Accurately allocate phone numbers and phone set up for clients.
Accurately create One fax account for each client
Provide administrative assistance to the sales and marketing manager.
Coordinate with the sales team.

Entering new Data and reviewing of the data entered in an accurate and efficient way.
Analyzing Ability of the information needed, missing, and completed.
Maintain petty cash.
Order and maintain stocks.
Prepare and organize documents for new employees
Organizing all the files and additional certificates of employees.
Reporting to the HR Manager.
Assisting Manager - HR in performing his duties.
