- Outline Alliances and Channels Marketing strategic directions in alignment with the Europe partner development objectives.
- Define clear and measurable demand generation objectives; align metrics with the local A&C Directors; control metrics on a quarterly basis (the outgoing invitations, collateral and contents in liaison with the external agency and the field marketing department at corporate office all under corporate rules).
- Responsible for the planning, direction, control, and coordination of all communication activities, with an emphasis on corporate guidelines.
- Compares actual achievements against goals on a regular basis and takes corrective action.
- Build an overall budget and marketing plan on a half-yearly basis; get inputs and feedback from A&C Directors and Field Marketing; define focus areas and focus partners; update and present plans on a quarterly basis
- Execute marketing plans with, through and to partners:
Drive and support Oracle specialized partners to run demand generation activities; use EMEA programs and best practices to multiply the Oracle market reach by identifying business “amplifiers”.
- Drive awareness activities for specific solution areas or industries and execute EMEA-wide programs.
- Follow-up on marketing activities; pass leads to partners and sales; measure ROI; write-up success stories; report results of each activity and the associated spending.
- Reporting to the EMEA Partner Marketing & Communication director; responsible for the governance and execution of the main Partner Engagement events. across the MEA region like:
1- Oracle Partner Executive Forums dedicated to top executive from the High Impact Partner base.
2- Oracle Partner Days Satellites event dedicated to High Impact Partner's operational staff.
3- Oracle EMEA Online Partner Casts dedicated to the EMEA Partners.
- Compile a Sales Forecast for all partners base and develop a strategy for achieving the forecasted goals.
- Develops an annual plan with specific goals and budgets as outlined in the clusters fiscal year plan in conjunction with sales organization to achieve goals and ensures the execution team is fully briefed on requirements, goals and progress.
- Manage the Marketing Department Budget and control delivery of all marketing activities within agreed budget.
- Closely working with and influencing both Oracle executives and C-level partners for being responsible for mega partner events/exhibitions and executive forums.
