Description of Duties :
- Implement Quality Management System (QMS) ISO 9001 in the
company
- To Monitor and Inspect Implementation requirements of QMS ISO
9001
- To Communicate of QMS 9001 requirement to all employees
- Establish the documents and records control procedures
- To Coordinate meeting of monitoring quality objective’s achievement
- To Coordinate meeting of management review
- To Coordinate internal quality audit QMS ISO 9001 implementation
- To Coordinate implementation of supplier’s selection and evaluation
- To Establish monitoring of work instructions document
- To make sure and monitor implementation of material and product’s
inspection
- To establish and make sure all project documentations for new type of
motor cycle
- To coordinate and to review and revise the Quality Plan’s
documentation
- Establish the safety patrol
- Set-up production control: QCPC, SPC, Control plan, FMEA.
- Product & Process design matters
- Developing for green procurement product matters (internal & external
- developing)
- Handling customer requirement such as complains, audit, documentation,
- Perform supplier development & monitoring
- Perform the Quality control circle as a cycle of improvement.
- Training & development to improve awareness especially for quality. etc.
