To facilitate and develop the training of various company's staff members and those of the general public through both soft and technical skill courses.
This role often required me to develop the course material and operate autonomously to guide my learner's through the various stages of the course.
This included formative and summative assessments, supporting readings, subject related activities and practical demonstrations of skills learned.
•Consult with students, parents and other stakeholders to determine learning needs and goals.
•Assess potential participants to determine cognitive ability, numeracy and literacy levels.
•Customize training methods and motivational tools according to individual student needs, expectations and learning styles.
•Develop case studies, interact and practice skills in a repetitive learning environment.
Specialised Supply Chain and Logistics Management
Specialised in teaching adults in environment with limited resources. Special attention was paid to the development of course work and activities designed to be delivered to audiences that have not encountered structured adult learning before.
