• Management and supervision of construction, pre commissioning, commissioning, site acceptance test and start up of analyzer systems to ensure the activities are driven to completion in a safe and timely manner in accordance with project schedules and conforms to the specifications, engineering drawings, contracts and applicable company regulations.
• Successfully carried out the commissioning, site acceptance test and start up of analyzer system packages supplied by Teledyne Analytical Instruments at Various site.
• Good knowledge in analyzers having measuring techniques like NDIR absorption, thermal conductivity, flame ionization detectors, flame photometric detectors, ultra violet absorption, paramagnetic and zirconium detectors etc.
• Well experienced on combustible gas detectors, fire & gas detection systems, H2S gas monitoring, LEL & flame detection systems etc and expertise with most of low level ppm & ppb level analyzers
• Familiar with pressure, temperature, flow and level transmitters & switches manufactured by leading suppliers such as: Emerson-Rosemount, Foxboro, Honeywell, Yokogawa and Vega, Fuji Electric and United Electric Company etc
• Excellent interpersonal and team-working skills include report writing, formal presentations and the ability to work with a wide range of personnel from a multi-cultural and multi-functional environment.
