Responsible in the operation of the agency, from recruitment, selection, placement and training of employees. Coordinate with various clients regarding status of deployed employees. Monitor and manage the day to day regular activities of all contractual employees and regular head office staff, including implementation of payroll, company policies and disciplinary actions. Prepare necessary marketing and merchandising related and reports upon request of clients on a regular basis. Assist in the implementation of promotional activities and projects of clients through dissemination of information. Monitor and oversee smooth flow of Accounting and Administration and government mandated benefits. Attends to matters concerning agency administration which include preparation of contracts to clients, billing and presentation of agency’s profile. Organize the smooth flow of operations of the agency, from recruitment and placement of applicants to various clients. Supervise the day to day itinerary, activities and transactions of the head office staff and field personnel. Attend to queries of clients such as manpower request and billing matters. Maintain smooth relationship with suppliers, store supervisors and clienteles. Acts as assistant to the CEO and COO, in terms of decision making in matters concerning admin matters, contracts as necessary.
Facilitating in recruitment campaigns within UAE and outside the country including scheduling of interviews, (telephone, Face to Face and final interview), medical examination, processing of employment visa, mobilization and demobilization. Monitoring the status of application and coordination with the clients. Maintaining and updating files in the XRM (IT system of Brunel). Responsible for the deployment of contractors to various clients which starts from conducting psychological and blood tests administration and evaluation. Facilitate and coordinate the day to day activities of the contractual employees to their respective company assignments.
Responsible for supporting high-level executives and management or entire departments. Provides administrative support and performs numerous duties, including scheduling, writing correspondence, emailing, handling visitors, routing callers, and answering questions and requests. Preparing expense reports, weekly sales reports and monthly business reviews for the DOSM. Responsible for the Sales and Marketing Team’s flight and hotel bookings for Business Trips.
Supervise the Sales Track and Performance of Sales Engineers. Coordinate with HQ for a purchase orders and deliveries. Attend saturation drives, exhibitions, and other marketing activities. Prepares flight and hotel bookings for the Sales Team.
Responsible for the calendar of the Director of Operations, monitoring the appointments, business trips and marketing drives for the Operations Team. Raises MAP and prepares purchase requisition and goods receipt in SAP the company’s ERP system. Coordinates with the vendors to ensure that the ground activations and product launchings are in place. Prepares the Weekly Sales Report, Monthly Business Reports and various reports required by the Director.
