Implemented the work control and quality management system of the Combined Cycle Gas Turbine Power Plant, a 2010 Mega Watt Project, owned by the Ministry of Electricity and Water, located in Sabiya, State of Kuwait, having a project cost of 13.18 Billion Dollars (US).
Coordinated the various civil, structural, electrical and mechanical works of the contractor under the joint venture of General Electric International Incorporated and Hyundai Heavy Industries Corporation, for the construction of equipment foundations for :
Gas Turbine Generator 6 each x 335 MW, Heat Recovery Steam Generators 6 each, Steam Turbine Generators and Condensers 3 each, Main Step-up Transformers for Steam and Gas Turbines, Unit Auxiliary Transformers, HP/IP Feed water Pumps, Fire Fighting Tanks 2 each and for the Construction of Building Foundations and Site development for 55 hectares.
Supervise the construction of Bio-ethanol & Cogeneration Power Plant, 8 MW Project, owned by San Carlos Bio-energy Incorporated, located in San Carlos City, Negros Occidental, Philippines, having a project cost of 58 Million Dollars (US).
Conduct Materials Quality Control Inspection for various projects like : roads, highways, airport, school buildings and bridge construction projects. Supervise the construction of various projects and conduct a topographical survey of the seashore to be used for the design of proposed circumferential road. Plotted all survey data into the computer, Drafted various plan using CADD.
