• Handling the incoming and outgoing of products from Warehouse and Open Yard Storage
• Stuffing the products into containers and loading the products to outgoing trailers
• Verifying all the transactions and supervising the performance of the shift
• Networking with the written instruction activities surrounding loading of all sales orders and stock transfer to satellite warehouses with warehouse storekeepers in accordance with instructions of sales force and market demand
• Tracing the daily operating conditions, materials, daily production, external warehouse loads, segregation and re - palletizing in coordination with the Production Supervisors
• Tracking all the movements of Internal Warehouse Staff and external organizational visitors
• Simplifying the end of stock counting process by the month end by ensuring all locations are tagged in the warehouse
• Ensuring maximum utilization of available storage facility of Rabigh and satellite warehouses
• Organizing the re packing / re bagging from time to time in co-ordination with production to ensure timely disposal of plant waste on regular basis
• Executing the Pallet Tracking System and the availability of pallets for production
• Imparting trainings to the new staff, briefing them about their duties and procedures and assisting them in getting them familiarized with the operations
• Conducting frequent meetings with the Warehouse Staff and other departments for better communication, understanding and coordination
• Attending the Process Control Meetings
• Vast knowledge in SAP and ORACLE System and WINDOWS Application System

* Managing of preventive asset maintenance
* Handles the monitoring of all vehicle documents, registration, insurance etc. .
* Manage the hauling and deliveries operations.
* Coordinates with other units of the plant .company on matters pertaining to traffic and logistic and general services.
* Manage in the canvassing plant/company requirements such as spare parts of all types of motor vehicles for repair and maintenance, and other supplies and materials.
* Determine fixed assets for disposal in coordination with the recommendation of all concerned units.
* Ensure the proper and timely recording of all cost information in compliance to corporate, government and accounting policies and procedures.
* Analyzes weekly, monthly and tear to date cost reports and variations to provide relevant information to management and other user.
* Responsible of receiving of materials from suppliers or branches. Monitor and check the quantity and physical quality of the materials as per purchase order or stock transfer.
* Responsible of the Deliveries of materials and check customers purchase orders and deliver the materials based on FIFO system and company policy.
* Monitored material receiving in the system: Supplier invoice must be entered in the software inventory module and stamp as soon as possible.
* Monitored materials issue from the system check items, quantity ad quality indicated in the Sales Order.
* Vast knowledge of labor laws and regulations and can work under pressure.
