PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Duties and responsibilities:
Receive and inspects all incoming materials and reconciles with purchase orders processes and distributes documentation with purchase orders reports, documents and tracks damages and discrepancies on orders received.
Supply requisitions assists buyer to order adequate merchandise and supplies delivers orders to faculty and staff.
Doing administration duties as required ensuring daily performance is achieved.
Receives and stores documents and confidential files maintains record of approved document and confidential file destruction.

This is a position whose overall role is “To maximize the daily, weekly, monthly and annual commercial and operational performance of the Logistics, Warehouse Operations by providing world class service to customers, leadership, focusing on customer requirements, effective supply chain performance and value addition”.
Managing the supply chain and inventory management process for all retail items to ensure that DHL are in line with the Service Level agreement.
Receive and process all sales orders placed by dealers and ensure they are entered and transmitted accurately to DHL for delivery within the agreed
Monitor the activation of cards and ensuring that all products issued to the market were in usable state.
Daily monitoring of inventory stock levels and expediting with suppliers to ensure that they dispatch the manufactured stock at the agreed planned time.
Cost Management through effective cost management techniques e.g., coming up with optimal order quantities in order to reduce costs.
Performance (Management) Monitoring of DHL to ensure that the service levels were maintained on deliveries so as to improve customer satisfaction.
Maintain all relevant records pertaining to dealer sales are kept in the most suitable way to aid planning, forecasting and re-order decisions.
Develop a worksheet for maintenance of for tracking daily distribution costs.
To liaise with DHL, Marketing, Sales team and other local agents to ensure that all phones are repaired within the agreed period to avoid after sales customer dissatisfaction
Keep and maintain harmonious relationship with DHL in order to provide support in regard to daily deliveries.
