• Acting as Chief of all QA/QC activities and the one point contact for Sub-con & Client / Owner for Quality issues.
• Implemented quality control procedures manual process for conducting day to day operations, tests and inspection for the project.
• Evaluated Quality control and its Performance as per client specification & standards.
• Reviewed and approved of all associated vendor issue material quality assurance, control documentation, problem solving, Decision making, field inspection, non conformance (NCR) and deviations from suppliers during inspection life cycle.
• Monitored and audited the quality assurance and control activities performed by the contractor in the area of engineering and construction.
• Developed and implemented the internal compliance audit program.
• Providing monthly reports to the higher management for the performance of Quality at site.
• Monitoring and Interpretation of NDT activities at site for Mechanical & Civil works.
• Organizing and conducting of Quality related trainings to QC team, Welders & Site construction supervisors / Fitters.
• Supported to the procurement team for the vendor development.
• Monitored day to day operations of department personnel to guarantee compliance with both client & code specifications.
• Final Documentation of projects and timing hand over to Client / Owner.
• Familiar with International codes & standards for Structural’s, Power & Process Piping and Tank works.
•Reporting to Managing Director / BUS Development DGM .
•Leading the Project team for the timing Execution of Projects..
•Discussion with Consultant / Client for Technical issues.
•Close coordination with Purchase Dept for Vendor Development and Project procurement.
•Review of BOM, cost estimation and pricing.
•Preparing and Projecting the monthly goals & targets to top management.
•Visiting vendor place to monitor the progress of projects.
•Attend Kick-Off meeting with Consultants / Clients.
•Coordination with other regions like Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata for achieving the goals & targets.

•Assisting Fabrication vendors for WPS / PQR establishment and Welder qualification performance.
•Assisting in delivery of product with respect to contract requirement like obtaining road permit, Insurance etc..
•Assisting and guiding the NDT requirements for the project.
•Coordination for the final inspection like Hydro test, Painting, Packing etc...with TPI / Client / Consultant.
•Attending monthly review meeting with top management.
•Regular reconciliation of materials after finishing each project and disposing of scraps.
•Reporting to Construction Manager.
•Held In charge for the Fabrication of Coal Handling Plant up to 5500MT.
•Planning and Receiving the Material from purchase department and controlling.
•Everyday meeting with Sub con for the priority wise fabrication depends upon the availability of Materials.
•Coordination with erection team for sending of priority material to erection site.
•Coordinating with Painting sub con for the erection priority wise material Blasting & Painting.
•Assisted QC for the establishment of WPS / PQR and welder qualification.
•Coordinating for the Client Inspection.

•Assisting QC for RT offering and Witness DPT as-per project / client requirement.

-Attending everyday meeting with sub con for the progress improvement.
-RT offering % wise for heater coils and Interpretation of Films as per codes and standards.
-Repair joints attending and penalty shot offering as per requirement.
-Grid Blasting & painting inspections as per codes & standards.
-Witnessing of aw material UT inspection for plates above 20mm thk.
-Coordinating for Heater shell inside concrete refraction work as per requirement.
•Worked in Shop floor production of Automobile Dynamos / Alternators in CNC, Automatic / Semi Automatic and Manual machines
•Underwent training for Statistical Quality Control for production and displaying SQC in shop floor.
•Drawing preparation in tracing sheets for all types of bearing which were manufactured in the company.
•Drawing issuing and receiving control.
•Assisting to Departmental Head for the new generation of bearing design.
•Attended ISO programs and worked for the system Implementation to obtain ISO 9001 for the company.
