1. Estimation of MEP works for Tender and on hand projects.
2. Manage on producing shop drawing for approval based on Approved
Design Drawings, IFC.
3. Coordination, attending meetings with subcontractors and consultants.
4. Supervision for the following Mechanical and Electrical works as per
approved shop drawings.
4a. Conduiting/Piping
4b. Wiring/Cable laying including terminations.
4c. Installation of MV/LV Panel, Generator, Transformer, Sub main
Distribution board (SMDB/DB), Feeder pillar/Lighting Control panel.
4d. Installation of light fittings and wiring devices.
4e. Installation of Low current devices/panel/equipments (Tel/data,
speakers, racks, servers, workstations, CCTV’s, Access control, Parking
Management system equipments (Entry/Exit terminals, Barriers, ANPR’s,
LRR’s, IR’s, POF, swipe readers etc.), Parking Guidance system (sensors,
floor cabinets), Fire alarm system (Detectors, MCP, FACP, bells, mimic
panel etc.)
4f. Installation of street and external lighting controlled via feeder pillar
or lighting control panel
4g. Installation of Lightning protection system (Earth pit house,
grounding and air rods, test link, etc.) and Grounding system (Earth bars,
earth conductors etc.)
4h. Installation of HVAC equipments (Air handling units, split type AC,
FCU, exhaust fans, ducted AC, Inline exhaust fans).
4i. Inspection of Mechanical and Electrical works.
4j. Testing and Commissioning of all installed Mechanical and Electrical
system.
