1. Overall supervision of Civil and Architectural woks.

4 .Checking the cost submitted by the Sub-contractor before giving to comments of letter to proceed the contract and to ensure the objective are in the specification and cost shall not be exceeding the require budget.
5. Prepare a variation or change order on items where the discrepancies between actual accomplishment against the plan are effected.
6. Responsible of the contractual Workers only if the project are necessary to complete in the require period or time frame.
7. Prepare a daily activities and monitoring the accomplishment.
8. Taking Off the Bill of Materials and cost estimate of the running projects.
9. Reviewing Bid Documents, Specification and drawing plan to determine all Technical matter and advice the Senior Management where the inclusion and exclusion are identify to establish.
1. In charge of Technical Department Office to establish the proper orientation of construction and motivate the dedication the staff to their field.
2. Prepared Structural Architectural drawing plan as per the clients are requested to conceptual design.
3. Prepare a variation order where the client are requested to modify the changes of design.
4. Coordinate the Managing Director for the cost and budget of the projects and program of works.
5. Lease and interact with during the technical reviews,
6. In charge the sub contractual workers for their daily activities and accomplishment of work.
7.In charge the Maintenance of Four (4) Hotels namely Phonecia Hotel, Phonicia Tower, International Concord Hotel and Days Hotel.
