Duties & Responsibilities
•Implementation of Approved Project Quality Plan
•Compliance to Project Standards (SA / TR)
•Supervision of Civil Works and Materials - Inspections

Duties & Responsibilities
•To report the Quality Control activities in prescribed and maintain on a daily basis.
•To prepare inspection request internally or to external agencies as when required.
•Coordinate work inspection requirement of project with SPQ QA/QC Inspector- Interior Division (Painting, False ceiling, wall panel erection).
•Check painting, installation of gypframe, gypsum ceiling board closure and wall panel erection against conformity to project drawings and standards.

•Coordinate civil work inspection requirement of project with Saudi Aramco Civil Inspector.
•Arrange with Independent Testing Laboratories conduct of Field Density Test on structural foundation base, material testing, received and keep record of test results.
•Check cutting, bending and installation of rebars against conformity to project drawings and Saudi Aramco standards.
•Check fabrication of forms, installation/erection whether it conform with ACI and Saudi Aramco standards.
•Schedule concrete placement, check and witness, conduct of concrete slump test and production of concrete test cylinders.

•Inspect the quality of material and implement the standard specification.
•Makes recommendation and involved in the decision making process for any failure or problems encountered during the implementation.

Duties & Responsibilities
•To inspect and make sure the procedure recommended as per project specifications and contractual requirements are being executed.
•To inspect the moulds and confirm with the approved shop drawing.
•To inspect the setup of mould before casting and to confirm with reference to shop drawing.
•To inspect the concrete at the time of placing and ensure the performance as per approved concrete mix design.
•To inspect element after casting and verify the dimensions as per approved project drawings.
•To issue Non Conformance report at the time of any activity not conforming to specified procedure or plan.
•To report the Quality Control activities in prescribed and maintain on a daily basis.
•To supervise fresh concrete testing and cube making and to co-ordinate.
•To prepare inspection request internally or to external agencies as when required.
•To collect samples of concrete ingredients as and when required as per project specification with central laboratory for testing.

•Supervise daily activities of abrasive blasting and coating crew.
•Coordinate with site representative and Saudi Aramco inspection on daily coating schedule and inspection coverage.
•Performs blasting and coating QA/QC function such as check for metal cleanliness, surface profiles, pipe temperature, determine humidity and dew points prior to coating and check for wet film and dry film thickness of coating.
•Check condition and completeness of abrasive blasting and coating equipment, conduct blaster test, check provision and operation of deadman switch and condition of blasting hood prior to blasting and coating operation.
•Closely monitor the coating and mounting applications.
•Prepare manpower, equipment, and materials required.
•Prepare daily and weekly progress report.
•Communicate/coordinate with coating supervisor the daily activities.
•Prepare/submit daily time sheet report.
