Prepares, Maintains, and Balances Cash Float for Restaurant and Bar Daily till the operation ends.
Communicates with Management Team & to the Main Office for Daily, Weekly, Monthly Sales & Statistics of the Restaurant.
Handles all Petty Cash for Kitchen, Restaurant, Events, Promoters and Cigarette Expenses.
Briefs the team about On-going and Upcoming Discounts and Promotions.
Identifies and communicates any Accounting related issues to Management & to the Main Office promptly.
Communicates with Software Support about System Issues, System Upgrades, and Sales Items Updates including prices.
Makes a schedule for the team with the assurance that Restaurant will be well-covered in daily operation.
Prepares bank deposit envelopes and stores daily profits in company safe.
Keeps a record of all the events every week for comparisons & any inventory-related reports.
Supervises team of cashiers, providing training, monitoring and assistance with operational issues.
Count money in cash drawers at the beginning of shifts to ensure that amounts are correct and that there is adequate change.
Receive payments by cash, credit cards, vouchers or automatic debits.
Keep track of room charges for the hotel guests.
Compute and record all the transactions including cash payments, cards, or discounts.
Making sure all the Sales, Discounts, and Statistics Sheets are all balance.
Answer customers' questions and provide information on procedures or policies.
Handle customer’s complaints and provide satisfaction.
Provides discounts to eligible guests.
Assisting clients and transfer calls to appropriate departments.
Handles customer complaints and coordinate solutions with respective teams.
Email correspondence with management and team for reports.
Handles client accounts and endorse to appropriate office for those with problematic accounts.
Handles inbound and outbound calls for clients’ telecommunications accounts such as mobile, internet and cable TVs.
Actively engaging solutions for customers’ problems ensuring customer satisfaction.
Driving company sales up thru promoting merchandise to customers.
Documenting accurate sales reports to be used for team planning and improvement.
