• Attend workshops with the consultant to settle variations claims and attend commercial meetings if necessary.
• Liaise to manufacturers and suppliers requesting for quotations and relevant information’s needed.
• Prepares cost comparison and budget analysis for each trade or materials for approval by the management.
• Prepares material take off or calculate quantities for procurement as per project requirement.
• Assist in preparation of Contract Documents and finalization of Sub Contract Agreement for Sub Contractors.
• Coordinate with technical department due to discrepancies in drawings and project requirements.
• Ensure that Subcontractors scope of works are in full compliance with the project specifications.
• Document via letter to consultant and subcontractors if necessary.
