• Designed performance plan FY 2015 (metrics-KPI) with a budget of 1.1 billion dollars as a member of the core Team of Acquisition Planning FY 2015-2016. This Plan and KPIs will serve as baseline for future procurement planning data. Objectives: 1) Reduce unplanned procurements 5% 2015, 4% 2016 and 3% 2017. 2) Increase in 3% the utilization of terms contracts for FY 2015, 2016 and 2017 (FY 2014 only 177 contracts). Plan for 7 Divisions and use of 35 KPI’s.
• Assisted, oversight and monitored procurement workflow process of 2 agencies: Health Care Finance (HCF) and Health and Human Services (HHS). Review and collaborate with SOW of 6 solicitations and 5 terms contracts multi year awards related to services of Medicare and Consulting on Social Communication respectively.
• Meet daily with relevant agency staff to establish what resources can be allocated in order to achieve long and short term goals. Chief of the Staff, Operations Managers, Informatics, Auditing Procurement, P-Card & Customer Contact Service.
