-prepare production estimates, planning and scheduling of production activities for the company, coaching and training of employees, prepare daily, weekly and monthly production report for the plant, incharge of safety and organise on monthly safety training for my employees, incharge of house keeping, organising change overs, prepare overtimes and planning for start- ups depending on the nature of work, taking displinary action if needed be, make sure production standards, talk of 5s, lean manufacturing etc are maintained and production target attained at every shift, work closely with the quality team incase of customers returns, we resolve it on time, because our customers are our best assets, team work with the engineering team to organise on PMS (preventive maintenace for the machines),
My duties and responsibilities as a line operator /machine operator is to, prepare production estimates, make sure the machines runs smooothly avoiding downtimes during production, take day by the hour production reports, troubleshooting, incharge of quality and doing quality checks during the production period, incharge of my .personal safety and machine, incharge of house keeping, make sure production targets and standards are attained and maintained during production, training my colleugues, stock taking .
Make sure the machine runs smoothly during production period, incharge of quality and filling quality check list, taking day by the hour production reports, troubleshooting, personnal safety and machine safety, cleaniliness of the machine and my gemba point, doing slighty adjustments of the machine parts depending on the nature of the job.
