Recruitment
•Acquire job requests from different departments focusing on the qualities and skills required for a role
•Cull applications by cross checking qualifications vs. job requirements
•Conduct phone screen to gauge candidates communication skills and establish initial impression
•Present short listed candidates to hiring managers
•Arrange the next stages of assessments and interviews to extract the best suited candidate for the job
Onboarding and Induction
• Coordinate with different departments on the preparation for the new recruit's joining (workstation, introduction, orientation, etc.)
•Collect documents for internal records and legal purposes such as
government registrations, labour contract, visa and insurance processing
•Monitor stages of the employment process that includes but are not limited to
system approvals, biometrics, medical, payroll, performance review, and confirmation
Administration
•Organize procedures and maintain healthy employee relationships
•Implement effective overall workforce management and employee development •Maintain and update internal databases (personnel records, attendance,
leaves, work schedules etc.)
•Prepare and update HR documents such as contracts, new hire guides, certificates, letters and company policies
•Assist employees on HR related queries, requests, claims, and complaints
•Verify employees' work hours and payment through the payroll system
•Update payroll records (issue deductions, earnings and other statements) •Conduct employee exit procedures (final settlement computation
visa cancellation, etc.)
•Manage team schedule involving trainings, meetings and events ensuring the entirety of the activities are in sync
•At the core of production activity - Liaise between brands, factories, sales,
designers and logistics from the creation of a project to the delivery of the finished product •Ensure compliance with the brand standards (Disney, WBs, Nickelodeon,
Universal Studios, CPLG, etc.) for every SKU for each stage of production
•Involved in acquiring certification requirements for the territory of distribution - includes getting the set of testing parameters, securing a certified laboratory to perform exam and obtaining official test reports
•Assist in the preparation of product catalogue (printed/digital), photo quote, and
ther sales materials for sales presentations
•Monitor factories ensuring the prompt delivery of quality products at reasonable rates •Organize the receipt, storage, distribution, and dispatch of samples from and to various stakeholders ensuring efficiency
•Prepare reports on production approval status, costing, sampling stages, compliance, time table etc.
•Documentation - taking photos of individual projects, proper labeling and description, uploading to the portal for future reference

•Devise systematic way of reporting - sales distribution, heat map, sales funnel, dealer turnover,
forecasts, expenditures, analytics, etc.
•Incorporate HubSpot for a more effective marketing and sales approach •Point of contact between internal departments and some and external parties •Monitor website inquiries
•Manage team schedule
•Design an effective After Sales & Warranty procedure (illustrated in a flowchart
•Devise new forms and develop existing ones
•Constructed a survey questionnaire to evaluate and improve the service team's performance •Generate a systematic and practical manner of reporting and record keeping
•Contribute on improving the current processes (ISO auditing and consultant's discussions) •Liaise between departments, stakeholders, suppliers and dealers
•Incorporate the use of IT tools such as Focus, Salesforce CRM and M-Files to account for vital information and events for current use and future reference
•Customer service with recognized strengths in resolving internal and external concerns such as billing information, product promotion, etc.
•Prepare product and service reports by collecting and analyzing customer activities
•Provide general data and document control support, to ensure that work operations are maintained effective, up-to-date and accurate
•Assist key accounts in negotiating business proposals
•Aid employees in utilizing the corporate website
•Process customer claims and handles complaints
•Succor clients in making online reservations and modifications
