- Line check all BOP system such as HP/LP steam line, gathering line, scrubbing line, HP/LP muffler, re-injection line, lube oil, feul oil, brine OEC, bottoming OEC, pH modification, air coolr condenser, stg cooling tower, etc
- Inspect and maintain all equipment and tools
- Execution all activities like Steam blowing testing, air blowing, hydro testing, lube oil flushing, lube oil function test, fire fighting clean agent FM-200 leak test, water flushing, vacuum test, lubrication, motor solo run test, flange manajement, bolt tigtening, support start up, performance test of pipe lines & equipment’s
- Implementing Permit To Work and LOTO system procedure during pre-commissioning and commissioning
-Interpret and work from various forms of project drawings such as general arrangement drawings, vendor manual and schematics etc
- Perform Pre-commissioning inspection checks on equipment, machinery, safety/fire fighting systems
- Perform filling activity as directed as lubricating oil, hydraulic oil, sulfuric acid, pentane, etc
- Coordinate activities with other departments
- Ability to supervise workers to assist in pre-commissioning & commissioning
- Trouble shoot, repair and maintenance of piping & mechanical systems
- Line check all system such as ballast, bilge, fire fighting, feul oil, cooling water, domestic fresh water, fresh water cargo, waste water, liquid mud, brine, lube oil, hydrolic etc
- Safety device test mechanical equipment like Main engine, diesel generator, hydrolic device, etc
- Perform startup and funtion test activity such as diesel generator, pump, compressor, main engine, anchor winchlass, towing winch, towing pin etc
- Main diesel generator load test and synchronizing
- Supervise to respective assembly for piping and mechanical pre-commissioning, commissioning and initial start-up and function test before handover on each system.
- Check on equipments that ensure for commissioning complies with requirements internal and external parties.
- Startup and function test to the class and owner representative for handling over the systems
- Performed production machine repair and troubleshooting
- Arranged preventive maintenance schedule for production machine
- Performed set-up, aligment and setting for new production machine
- Communicated with production team to address any engineering/technical issue
- Generated and developed standard operating procedure
- Support technical solution for any issues encountered related to the product and production machine
- Perfomed possible improvement to enhanced production productivity
