Coordinates and supports the Warehouse Manager in administrative tasks related to his shift.
Supervises loading and offloading of shipments and delegates housekeeping tasks regularly for optimum space utilization and maintains an orderly work area.
Promotes safety and ensures preventive maintenance is undertaken on the MHE’s and the infrastructure is utilized optimally.
Ensures operations are conducted as per the SOP’s and the IMS Procedures in place and reports on any deviations with suggestions, if any, to the Warehouse Manager.
Counsels, guides and motivates the personnel under his control for performance enhancement.
Ensures the effective completion of tasks and timely submittal of regular reports.
Resolves issues with the client representatives (drivers), should any arise.
Reviews the handovers from the previous shift and the schedules for the day and delegates operational tasks to the Team Leaders.
Safety, Security, Sanitation, inventory accuracy.
• 62, 000 pallet positions: using exceed WMS ( warehouse for many customers P&G, Nestle, Samsung, Shell, OSN, CNE, Club Aldo, LG, PepsiCo, Harvest foods, TEMA (LC Waikiki), Mark & Spencer, TRU ).
Job description :
• Planning attendance sheet for staff every month.
• Make sure that IRA (inventory record accuracy) done on time.
• Attending DDS meeting (daily direction setting) with customers.
• Follow up stock control tasks to make sure that team achieves the target on time frame.
• Reports the stock discrepancy if found (via Y-Y analysis) to customers and manager to confirm maintain the stocks.
• Replying customer complaint regarding the stocks discrepancy if found via CAPA system.
• Meet the new customers to discuss W2W rolls and time frame.
• Put the plan for customer's cycle count or W2W.
• Leader for W2W or cycle count for the customer and send the result after count to get confirmation to update the system according to physical count.
• Adjust the system according to physical count after confirmation from customer.
• Train and instruct stock control team in job duties & SOP.
• Discuss job performance with employees to identify causes and issues and to work on improving it.
• Evaluate employees' job performance and conformance to regulations and recommend appropriate personnel action.
• Resolve customer complaints or answer customers' questions regarding Stocks and discrepancy if found.
• Monitor inventory levels and report that to managers.
• ” 62, 000 pallet position”: using exceed system (warehouse for many customers P&G, Nestle, Samsung, Club Aldo, Land Mark, LG, Carrefour, Makro market, Chipsy food, Rexam for raw martial, mark Spencer, Toys"R"Us and others ) till now.
Job description :
• Check physical received Products or martial for customers after moved to racks and compare that with system.
• Check physical shipped locations racks and compare that with system.
• Checking physical inventory and zero location verses system.
• Reporting the discrepancy to Inventory leader with investigation and result.
• Adjusting Exceed WMS to be equal physical after confirmation from customer or managers.
• Transfer batches on system after checking the physical and report that to QA team.
• Investigate on customer complaint regarding the stocks discrepancy and report it to Inventory Leader.
• Checking the system stocks and report illogical data to concerned departments to maintain it.
• Working on W2W cycle (data entry, recheck, second recheck ...etc.)
Working at all Warehouse operations as (receiving, put away, picking, Repacking and shipping)
Working with different types of warehouses as (Industrial, food products, raw material)
Aware about how to treat with FMCG(Fast Moving Consumer Goods) & SMCG(slow Moving Consumer Goods)
Stock Replenishment - expiries and near expiries
Safety, Security, Sanitation
Leader & trainer for stuff, time management to save cost and manpower by put the plan to achieve that, reports on observations & suggestions towards the development the operation, coordinates between warehouse & Store to comply store needs and takes corrective action accordingly, arranging the store, following up motions items.
